PRODUCTS, PRICES AND CONTENT

Whilst every effort is made to ensure the pictures and colours depicted on the site match as closely as possible those of the actual product due to technical limitations, some colours may vary.

All prices are shown in pound sterling (£) and are inclusive of UK VAT at the current rate unless clearly stated. We reserve the right to alter our prices and specifications without notice.

Prices, product descriptions and specifications are checked to the best of our ability, and whilst every effort has been made to make them accurate, no responsibility will be accepted for errors and omissions.

Any information displayed on our web site(s) or other printed matter by the company is not regarded to be authoritative or certified as the best practice and is only considered to be useful supplementary advice to other certified codes of practice. All information on our web site is updated regularly.

Occasionally manufacturers make slight changes to garments without advising us and the picture may show a slightly different style to the style you receive. Some accessories are added by the manufacturer and are limited to our first delivery, these extras are deemed to be a bonus by the manufacturer so when these items run out, and any accessories shown in the picture may not actually be included.

PRICE AND PAYMENT OPTIONS

We currently accept

  • Card Payments online
  • Card Payments over the phone
  • PayPal

It may take 5-7 working days for your payment to clear into our account.

Your credit/debit card will be charged when you place an order. We will e-mail you to confirm dispatch/delivery.

We currently do not ship overseas.

OWNERSHIP OF GOODS

All items supplied to the customer remain the property of Uniform7 until final payment of all sums owing in respect of those goods has been received in full by us.

RETURNS

Goods may be returned under the following guidelines:

  • Goods must be in as sold condition with all UNIFORM7 tags & labels intact.
  • Goods sold with HANGERS must be returned with original hangers due to storage.
  • Proof of purchase will be checked. PLEASE KEEP YOUR RED SLIP.
  • Refunds will be processed following the original payment method.
  • Delivery charges will only be refunded if there was a mistake on our behalf or your item is faulty
  • Online orders can be returned but must be pre authorised. Please email [email protected]

Within 2 calendar months for exchange

Within 1 calendar month for a refund

Please do not order more than one size with the intention of refunding the other. Simply give us a call, and we will bring alternative sizes upon delivery at no extra cost. This reduces the amount of time it takes for an exchange and you may incur a fee for refunds to be processed in these circumstances.

Please Note: If your order qualifies for FREE DELIVERY and you make returns that bring your total order value under £10 then you will be liable for the £3.95 delivery charge.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order up to 24 hours before delivery has been arranged. You can do this by calling 0771 864 3676 OR 0208 924 8647 or emailing [email protected]

Faulty Goods

Some items may be required to be returned to the manufacture before a decision can be made on a refund or exchange. If goods are found to be faulty within a reasonable time after delivery, you are entitled to a refund, repair or replacement. Please allow 7-14 days for this process.

Returns Exclusions

We are unable to offer an exchange, cancellation or refund on bespoke, discounted, non-stocked, customised and personalised items unless they are faulty. These include made to order goods. For reasons of health and hygiene we are unable to exchange or refund the following goods: tights hosiery and swimwear unless the hygiene strips and tags are still in place and packaging remains unopened and undamaged or unless faulty.

If there’s ever any problems with any product purchased from Uniform7 then please contact us to discuss the matter, we will always to our best our resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
