IMPORTANT NOTE: Many customers have been getting confused about the processing times we operate. We hope the graphic above and the example below will provide clarification on this.

Due to the huge variety of products and services, we provide it would be impossible to keep everything in stock. We work closely with schools and clubs to agree on the contents of their collections, which are kept in stock with all additional products being Made to Order.

In Stock - This applies to specific products in each collection that the school/club selects. 

Special Order - This applies to any products that require added personalisation with embroidery or print (including name tapes) and any special sizes outside the school's age range. 

Made to Order - This applies to any products not kept in stock and offered in addition to the pre-approved collection. These products are ordered for each customer's requirements.

Royal Mail

We dispatch orders every 24 hours* using Royal Mail so you can be sure to receive your goods efficiently. Royal Maials Tracked 48 services offer value for money with full tracking and delivery information, including SMS updates and delivery receipts. 

You will be presented with a selection of choices at the checkout based on the contents of your order. The services available are as follows:

Small Parcel Delivery - £2.95
Royal Mail aims to deliver your order within 2-3 working days. Suitable for small items like socks, ties, swim hats etc

Medium Parcel Delivery - £4.95 (FREE on orders over £60)
Royal Mail aims to deliver your order within 2-3 working days.

Large Parcel Delivery £6.95 (FREE on orders over £100)
Royal Mail aims to deliver your order on the next working day

If your order qualifies for FREE Delivery, the basket total will automatically update at checkout.

Please choose the correct service as we cannot be held responsible for any missing parcels.

Delivery Terms & Conditions

  • The cut-off point for orders to be processed is midday.
  • The delivery service you select is on top of the processing time.
  • Orders will be dispatched once complete.
  • We do not split orders for part deliveries, however, this can be arranged if you are happy to pay the additional shipping fee. 
  • We reserve the right to deliver your order by other means in order to meet the lead times. This may mean one of our drivers hand delivers your order to your home address when you have paid for postage or we may put your order in the post at no extra charge if we are unable to hand deliver.  Please get in touch if this isn't convenient for you. 


Click & Collect Delivery Terms & Conditions

  • We have changed the frequency of our deliveries to schools so they may arrive on different days each week.
  • For 23/24 academic year our delivery day is alternate TUESDAYS. 
  • We aim to deliver all orders to the schools within 10 working days.
  • The charge for this service is £1.00 or £1.50 depending on your school's location.
  • All orders over with a basket total of £20 or more qualify for FREE Click & Collect delivery.
  • You will be notified by EMAIL when your order has been delivered to the school.
  • Deliveries can take place at any time during the school day. This may mean you receive your ready-to-collect notification after school has closed. If this is the case, please attend the school office on the next working day. 
  • Please do not attend the school office until you have received the email confirming your order is Ready to Collect.
  • When you collect your order, please have your order number to hand.
  • The school staff will not release any orders to your child without your permission in advance. Please contact the school office to arrange this.
  • Any inquiries regarding order status or refunds must be made with Uniform7. School staff WILL NOT be able to give you any information on this.
  • Your order must complete our processing time before it is delivered to school.
  • If you cannot see your child's school named below, then unfortunately they have chosen not to take part in our Click and Collect service. 
  • We are unable to provide the Click & Collect service during school holidays and on Bank Holidays.
  • If you book your order to be delivered in September and change your mind, we would be happy to change your delivery option at your request. Please get in touch to arrange alternative delivery.
  • Every September we will publish a new delivery schedule outlining the dates these deliveries will take place.
