Order Preparation & Shipping Times
All orders take up to 15 WORKING days from the date you place them to be prepared and shipped. After your order has been dispatched, it will be delivered depending on the service selected at checkout.
Please note: Tracked 24/48 refers to the delivery time after your parcel has been shipped, not the time it will take from placing your order.
If you select Click and Collect in the summer holidays, your order will be delivered when our delivery service resumes in September.

Our Order Status Explained
Royal Mail Tracked 48
We use the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service which includes
- Tracked to delivery point
- Photo on delivery
- SMS or email notifications to recipients
- Aims to deliver in two to three working days
- Change your delivery options before delivery is attempted
The fee for this service is £4.95
Local Delivery
We can hand deliver your parcel whilst we are on the road making other deliveries. Reduced transportation distances mean less fuel, fewer logistics expenses, and no need for third-party shipping fees. We aim to deliver these parcels between 1-10 working days depending on our schedules.
The fee for this service is £3.50
InPost
Parcel lockers are secure, convenient spots that make online shopping a breeze. These self-service storage lockers make collecting orders super easy. Say goodbye to missed deliveries and hello to convenience. Lockers are here to simplify your life and keep your packages safe and sound.
The fee for this service is £3.99.
Click & Collect
We offer a delivery to schools in the form of our Click and Collect Service. This currently takes place every 2 weeks on a Friday.
The last deliveries of 24/25 academic year were on on Friday 18th July 2025.
In order to reduce the workload on office staff who kindly allow us to offer the Click and Collect service, we do not delivery orders on the first week back after summer holidays. The service will resume on Monday 8th September 2025.
A new schedule for 25/26 academic year will be published in due course.
