Customer Notice Board

 

Order cut off point for Back to School 2021 was Sunday 15th August. Any orders placed from now on may not be ready when school resumes. Please allow enough time for your order to be prepared, especially if require any special sizes. Please see below for out latest order processing guide times as we update them regularly to set your expectations accurately. 

 

We have recently experienced some technical problems with the pricing on the website.  We are working to get this resolved as quickly as possible. We will honour all prices at the time of your purchase if your order is affected. 

 

Delays

 

We are starting to see many more products being delayed due to the pandemic, Brexit and other issues at the borders with importing. We will update you as soon as we are aware if your order is affected by this. We have no control over this situation and we can only pass on the information given to us by our suppliers. 

As we enter the busiest time of the year, some sizes and colours are now selling out. Please check product descriptions for up to date information where we will update the stock availability.

We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Demand for our service has various peaks throughout the year so we change our processing times based on demand and update them frequently here.

This applies to all orders placed after (06/09/2021) Orders placed before this date will be subject to the previous lead time.
