10/10/2025 PLANNED CLOSURE - We will be closed from Tuesday 21st October to Friday 31st October 2025. This closure may affect the processing time for some orders. We will do our best to complete as many orders as possible before the closure, but some may need to be carried over until we resume operations. We will reopen as usual on Monday 3rd November 2025. We are a small business and our team deserves a break after working hard during the peak season. Thanks for your understanding.

How long does it take to process and order?
Our processing time is up to 15 working days for made to order goods but can be quicker for official school collections. This may be longer during busy periods e.g. back to school season.
Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?
If you order hasn't yet been prepared you may be able to make a change or cancel please contact us to discuss any requirements.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept the following payment methods:

Is it possible to place bulk orders for schools or groups?
If you are unable to find what you are looking for on our website please get in touch with us via email on web@uniform7.co.uk and we would be happy to help with your requirements.
Can I pay a deposit for my order?
We do not offer deposits as most of our products are customised or made to order.
How do I find the right size for my child?
Take a look at our sizing page where you will find a comprehensive guide to sizes covering most of our collections.

Do you offer a fitting service?
We offer a range of fitting appointments catered to your child's needs these appointments can take place in person or online via a video call.

What should I do if the uniform doesn’t fit properly?
Please get in touch to discuss your requirements where we will be able to help and advise with sizing and arrange an exchange or return if necessary.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders can take up to 15 workings days.
Official school collections are stocked and usually dispatched daily.
Items not in a school collection or any workwear are made to order within 15 working days.
This can be quicker if stock is available immediately. You can call us to check stock before you place you order for a specific guide.
What delivery options are available?
We offer a range of delivery methods including Royal Mail, InPost, Local delivery and Click and collect to selected schools. Each of these methods have their own carrier time. Please see our delivery page for more info Here
Please note: We require the full processing time (subject to change during busy periods) to prepare your order and any guidance on delivery timescales provided by the carrier will begin once your order has been dispatched.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Our systems are not currently set up to ship outside the UK but this may be possible of you contact us directly.

Our SMART Project is at the heart of Uniform7.
We want to bring to you a collection of SENSORY and ADAPTIVE schoolwear that's truly inclusive including your school logos.
We are working with other inclusive & creative small businesses to bring the latest adaptive clothing designs.
What adaptive features do your uniforms include?
Our innovative designs will include features like:
- Magnetic fastenings
- Elasticated waist
- Sensory friendly fabrics
- Bigger sizes
- Custom adaptations
- Special flat seams
We are working hard to bring you our collection which will support children with sensory and physical disabilities overcome their barriers to education.
Whilst our research and development continues we are pleased to offer the following in house adaptation services including:
- Sensory friendly embroidery coverings
- Professional label removal
- Sensory and eco friendly embroidery materials
- Bespoke alterations
Are school uniforms subject to VAT?
Under VAT rules children's clothing and footwear designed for young children under 14 years of age are generally zero rated.
For children aged 14 or older or those whose size exceeds their average for their age, school uniforms are subject to the standard VAT rate of 20% this is because the zero rate VAT relief is based on the maximum size and average child will be on their 14th birthday.
Can I get a VAT invoice for workwear?
All orders are processed to include an invoice please let us know if you require a specific VAT invoice.
Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
We would be happy to arrange a discount based on your requirements of a bulk order.
