  • 19/08/2025 The most effective way to contact us during work hours is by phone - please call 01255449477. Any other form of messaging may result in longer response times. We also keep a close eye on the chat feature and respond promptly.
  • 04/08/2025 We are now working in our high demand period so our order processing time is extended up to 15 working days. This processing time will apply to any order placed after Monday 27th July 2025. PLEASE NOTE: All order placed before Friday 8th August 2025 will be ready for back to school in September. Any orders placed after this date may not be ready although we will try our best to get your order out as soon as possible.
  • 25/07/2025 Our shop front is now permanently closed, but we’re still trading online as usual. Excitingly, we’ll be launching a mobile service this autumn, visiting schools to host Pop-Up Shop events where customers can buy, try, and return items on-site. Stay tuned for our upcoming schedule – we’re bringing the shop to you!

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

You are responsible for return postage on returns and exchanges. We apologise we are unable to subsidise this service at this time.

Refunds are processed on the same day returns are received by our team.

Ordering and Payment

Our current processing time is up to 10 working days. This may be longer during busy periods eg back to school season.

If you order hasn't yet been prepared you may be able to make a change please contact us to discuss any requirements.

We offer a range of fitting appointments catered to your child's needs these appointments can take place in person or online via a video call.

Our Smart Project/Adaptive Service

Our SMART Project is at the heart of Uniform7. We want to bring to you a collection of SENSORY and ADAPTIVE schoolwear that's truly inclusive including your school logos. We are working with other inclusive & creative small businesses to bring the latest adaptive clothing designs.

Our innovative designs will include features like:

  • Magnetic fastenings
  • Elasticated waist
  • Sensory friendly fabrics
  • Bigger sizes
  • Custom adaptations
  • Special flat seams

We are working hard to bring you our collection which will support children with sensory and physical disabilities overcome their barriers to education.

Whilst our research and development continues we are pleased to offer the following in house adaptation services including:

  • Sensory friendly embroidery coverings
  • Professional label removal
  • Sensory and eco friendly embroidery materials
  • Bespoke alterations

VAT and Pricing

Under VAT rules children's clothing and footwear designed for young children under 14 years of age are generally zero rated.

For children aged 14 or older or those whose size exceeds their average for their age, school uniforms are subject to the standard VAT rate of 20% this is because the zero rate VAT relief is based on the maximum size and average child will be on their 14th birthday.

All orders are processed to include an invoice please let us know if you require a specific VAT invoice.

We would be happy to arrange a discount based on your requirements of a bulk order.

Delivery and Shipping

We offer a range of delivery methods including Royal Mail, InPost, Local delivery and Click and collect to selected schools. Each of these methods have their own carrier time. Please see our delivery page for more info Here
