Returns Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please read our policy below.
Requesting a Return or Refund
You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return or refund. After this period, you may still return items for store credit within our extended window (see below).
Refunds are usually processed on the same day we receive the returned item.

Return Timeframe
- Within 1 month of delivery
Eligible for a full refund (if requested within 14 days). - Within 2–3 months of delivery
Eligible for store credit only.
Returns will not be accepted after 3 months.
Exchanges
To arrange an exchange, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Personalised or custom-made items
These are non-returnable and non-refundable, including items with name labels. - Special order sizes
Some sizes may be excluded from return. Please refer to the individual product listing for details.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In perfect, resalable condition
- Returned with original packaging and hangers (if applicable)
- Unworn, unwashed, and with tags still attached
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
UK Customers Only
