Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within up to 10 working days after payment clears. During busy periods, processing times may be longer. Any delays will be posted on our website.

Delivery Options & Charges

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48

    • £4.95 for orders under £65

    • Free delivery on orders over £65 (via Royal Mail Tracked 48)

    • Delivery usually takes 2–3 working days (estimated)

  • InPost Locker Delivery

    • £3.99 per delivery

    • Parcels must be collected within 3 days of arrival at the locker

    • Uncollected parcels will be returned, and redelivery charges may apply

Important Information

  • If you return part of your order and the remaining order value falls below £65, the original delivery charge will be deducted from your refund.

  • Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

  • Please double-check your delivery address. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Available for most schools we work with

  • Deliveries occur fortnightly on Fridays

  • Schedule may change on a termly basis—please see our website for details

  • You will be notified by email when your order is ready to collect
